As you share a bottle of wine from the expertly selected Restaurant Week list take your taste buds on a tour of Spain as you choose chef selected dishes from each section. After enjoying your choice of first bites, warm up with with a plate of Pollo guisado con arroz, chicken, caramelized onions and sherry wine stew served with garlic sautéed rice.
