Paella is back in Bethesda! Every Monday, Head Chef Daniel Lugo will be firing up the Spanish Diner stoves to prepare perfect pans of paella, available for dine-in and to go. Featuring three varieties of Spain’s most treasured dish, the Paella Monday menu is ideal for chilly winter evenings. Add a selection of signature plates, like Pan con tomate and Queso Manchego, the light and bright Ensalada mixta, and crispy croquetas for the ultimate feast. ¡Buen provecho!
